Warranty Coverage
From the purchase (or invoice) date, SixNeon products are covered against manufacturing defects as follows:

| Outdoor LED Neon Signs | 12 months | Must be installed under a cover/shed to protect electrical components. |
| Power Supply / Adapter / Dimmer | 12 months | Covered when used appropriately per instructions. |
Important Notes
- Protect the power supply, adapter, and dimmer under a cover/shed, especially outdoors. Failure to protect may cause faults and void the warranty.
- Not covered: purchases from unauthorized sellers (including third-party marketplaces), incorrect/unsuccessful installation, misuse, impact, liquid ingress, power surge, normal wear and tear.
- SixNeon does not cover any costs for installing, uninstalling, or re-installing signs.
- If a sign is hard-wired or modified by an electrician or third party, SixNeon reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether the issue is covered.
Replacement & Resolution
We guarantee our products are free from manufacturing defects. If an issue occurs, we will provide hassle-free assistance:
- Submit your claim with order number and evidence (photos/videos).
- Assess the case; we may repair, replace the defective part/product, or offer a partial refund/credit.
- Decide on a case-by-case basis. Final resolution is at the sole discretion of SixNeon.
Validity: 24 months (indoor) / 12 months (outdoor) from purchase or invoice date.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Prepare the following and contact us. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
- Order number and purchase email
- Photos/videos showing the defect and full setup (including power components)
- Installation details (indoor/outdoor, under cover or not)
