Shipping Policy

How we process, ship, and deliver your order — including tracking, timelines, and delivery options.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Carriers: We ship with premium partners (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) based on your destination and service availability.
  • Packaging: Every sign ships in a protective double box for safe transit.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking typically becomes active within 24–72 hours.
  • Track your order: Use the link in your email, your account page, or contact us to retrieve your tracking number.
  • Status meanings: “Preparing to ship” = packed and awaiting carrier pickup. “In transit” = collected and moving through the network toward delivery.

Processing Times

  • Standard processing: Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 5–7 business days after payment.
  • Business days only: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • High volume: During peak periods, processing may take a few extra days. We will notify you if a significant delay occurs.

Shipping Options & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and exclude processing time, the day of posting, and customs clearance.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or other regional disruptions.


Addresses & Delivery Attempts

  • Orders ship to the shipping address entered at checkout. Please ensure it is complete and accurate (including apartment, unit, or access details).
  • A valid phone number is required so the carrier can contact you to schedule delivery if needed.
  • Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes; please use a physical street address when possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We can share a good-faith estimate based on experience, but we do not control or prepay these charges.
  • If a parcel is refused due to duties/taxes, the customer is responsible for original shipping, return shipping, and any carrier fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started or the order has shipped.
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for any related carrier charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Lost or delayed: If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace.
  • Transit damage: If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 20 days of delivery with photos of the outer box (all sides), inner packaging, and the damaged parts. We will file a claim and arrange a remake or replacement where applicable. Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
